How to make:

Prepare all ingredients:

  • Red Lentils - 300 g;

  • Flaxseeds - 10 g;

  • Psyllium husk - 35 g;

  • Optional: sun dried tomato, seasonings, sunflower seeds.

Enjoy it with avocado, tofu cheese or other spreads of your choice!
