Ground flaxseeds - 10 g

How to make:
Prepare all ingredients:
Red Lentils - 300 g;
Flaxseeds - 10 g;
Psyllium husk - 35 g;
Optional: sun dried tomato, seasonings, sunflower seeds.
Enjoy it with avocado, tofu cheese or other spreads of your choice!

Soak the lentils overnight or for at least 4 hours and blend them until the he texture becomes smooth.

Add psyllium husk, flaxseeds, seasonings, and mix it well.

Pour the batter into a baking dish.
