Ingredients:
  • Lupin Flour - 60 g (can be substituted with chickpea flour)

  • Almond Flour - 20 g

  • Pears - 120 g

  • Seasoning - cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla extract

Add the seasoning and pour the mixture into a baking dish.

Thinly slice the pear and arrange the slices evenly, fully covering the surface of the batter. 

  • Prepare all ingredients. 

  • Mix the lupin flour with the almond flour and add water gradually until the texture becomes smooth and lump-free.

  • Let the batter rest for at least 1 hour.
